Steps to set up freedom forms.

 

1. Go to the ‘Setup Module’.

2. Go to structure and click on custom forms.

Click on Custom Forms

3. Select ‘Open More’ from the menu options to include the Freedom Form.

Click on Open more menu options

4. Click on Freedom Forms.

Click on Freedom Forms

5. Click on the ‘Add’ icon to introduce a new Freedom Form.

Click on start adding to add new freedom form

6. Provide a distinct freedom form name and description.

Write freedom form name and description

7.  Select ‘Save’ to include the Freedom Form.

 

Click on Save

8. Freedom Forms are designed to be attached to the custom form. You can incorporate the Freedom Form into the custom form by selecting the ‘Assign Form’ field.
