Action Lists : Action list is a small task to-do list for everyday use by the business with a great user experience. Jacktrade supports action items in Quote, Jobs, Opportunities and personal action list per user.
Associates : See all the associates of a customer belonging to the same organization in customer details.
CRM : Manage customers journey right from generating leads, opportunities, communications, segmenting and nurturing of the customers.
Customer communicaiton history with email status : Track communication with your customer happening via email. Also get to know the email status - if the email is delivered and opened by the customer.
Customer Import : Easily import your existing customers data into Jacktrade through a csv file. Additionally you can create opportunities against these customers during import itself.
Dynamic Sales Tax : You can setup taxes based on services, products, materials and service destination address. Users can setup different tax classifications and tax methods.
Email Status : Under communications for each of the customers, you can track the emails based on their status. You can see which emails are Opened, Clicked, Delivered or Bounced. If the emails are bounced to any of the contacts, you can see it on the contact details and we will restrict any emails going out the these email id's.
Email Status - Email Bounced, Email Blocked & Domain Blocked : Email status is maintained by Jacktrade for the bounced emails, blocked emails and blocked domains. Jacktrade observes a strict policy on emails and spam ratio.
Emails and Invoice Branding : Send out branded emails and inovices to your valuable customers to give a personalized.

Tag Management : Tagging in Jacktrade is used in many modules and provides user a mechanism to label any particular entity. Tagging is used to segment a data and file structures so functions can target a list or group of elements as required among various processes of the business.
Teams : Resource list becomes blank when the limit record setting is set above 17 from the table settings.
Viewing existing tags and add custom tags. : View existing tags while adding custom tags. Choose to add existing tags or add new tags as per your need.
