Resource History
Resource activity is where all the activity for the resource is aggregated from all the different modules. It lists specifically what actions the user has performed in the entire application belonging to all the modules.
History is grouped into two parts –
- Productivity
- General
- Payments
- Communications
- Outgoing Emails
- Notifications
Let’s look at what each of these activities means in detail –
General
History of all the create, update and delete operations performed by the resource is categorized under general. For example, the history of a quote created by the resource is categorized here.
Payment
The history of all the payments processed by the resource is categorized underpayment. For example, payment processed by the resource in a job is categorized here.
Outgoing Emails
The history of all the emails sent by the resource is categorized under outgoing emails. For example, an email sent by the resource to a customer is categorized here.
Notifications
Notifications sent to the resource are categorized under notifications. For example, notification for service assignment to the resource is categorized here.
