Jacktrade supports a preset library of reports that the business can choose from and configure their dashboards. There are two types of blocks available in which you can add required reports. Report blocks and KBI blocks can be set into the dashboards and reports based on category and chart type can be added to these blocks.

Customer Reports – List

Lists are simply a list format of reporting represented with data providing a more focused reporting. Here are the lists supported in the Customer module:

Customers Relationship Recent Customer engagements Recent top customers engaged in conversational posts based on time. The number of posts (internal or external) is calculated. There has to be a minimum 1 conversation. This covers the following fields – Customer, Status Type, Post Type, Post Date, Leading Text Non-Financial
Customers Relationship Customers with no recent Engagements Customers with no engagements over a time period. Results are fetched using the oldest customers using ‘created date. There have to be 0 conversations. This covers the following fields – Customer, Status Type, Post Type, Post Date, Leading Text Non-Financial
Customers Sales Most Valued Customers Customers with the highest purchases in their entire lifetime based on closed Jobs. Fields supported are Status, Customer, Last Served, Life Total, Served, Weighted Heaviest First. Non-Financial
Customers Sales Least Valued Customers Customers with the lowest amount of purchases in their entire lifetime. This is based on closed Jobs. Fields supported are Status, Customer, Last Served, Life Total, Served, Weighted Heaviest First Non-Financial
Customers Sales Most Repeated Customers Number of total customers that have purchased more than once. Customers with 0 or 1 purchase are not considered. Fields supported are Status, Customer name, Last Served, Life Total, Served, and Purchase Age. Non-Financial
Customers Progress Non-Repeat Customers Number of total customers that have purchased just once. Customers that have 0 or more than 1 are not considered. Fields supported are Status, Customer name, Last Served, Life Total, Served, Purchase Age Non-Financial
Customers Progress Recent New Customers Newly added customers regardless of their buying history. Fields supported are Customer name, Status, Customer Since, Primary Phone, Primary Email Non-Financial

Customer Reports – Pie Chart

Pie charts reports are visualized reports to show the division of the whole into parts. It gives you a quick proportionate report with statistics. Here are the pie and twin pie chart reports supported in the Customers module:

Key business indicators are statistics-based reporting represented mostly by a number – count, days, amount, etc. Here are the KBI’s supported in the Customer module:
