Jacktrade provides business support and our team assures helping you out with any questions or issues you face while using the platform. The maintenance feature gives the business ability to provide access to Jacktrade’s support team for a limited time. This gives Jacktrade support team limited-time access to your private instance of Jacktrade.

Businesses can choose the time for which they want to give the access ranging from 30 minutes up to 3 hours. Post the timer, the access is automatically revoked and our support team won’t have access to your business and data anymore.

Note: Jacktrade support does not have access to your instance of business setup, and we have strict rules on who can access encrypted data within our company structure. For example, we may access email communication for compliance check if our systems flag inappropriate email usage.
